Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order at orders@neerus.com.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are used, damaged, wrongfully handled, or customized will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Only online orders shall approved by quality team will be eligible for refund.
How to Return a Product
- Return Process for Customers: Log in to your account, go to the order page, and follow the return process.
- Return Process for Guest Customers: Log-In or Sign Up and enter your Order Number and Email/Phone Number to find your order.
- Online Request: You can place your return request online without the need to call or email.
Quality Assurance
- All products are documented and quality-checked before dispatch.

Returned items will undergo a quality check once received. Only after approval will they be eligible for a refund.
International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for return or refund.

However, to ensure customer satisfaction, all export orders are processed with export-grade quality checks before dispatch.
Refunds
- Return Request: Once you raise the return request, we will arrange a pickup for the product.
- Quality Check: The pickup agent will conduct a quality check at the time of pickup.
- Refund Initiation: Upon successful pickup and approval, your refund will be initiated.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
