Shipping Costs

  • Within India: Free shipping on all domestic orders.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are applicable and may vary depending on the delivery location.

Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to all postal addresses worldwide.
  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate postal address with the correct PIN code. Neerus will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 48–72 hours of placement.
  • No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

  • India & International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 15–20 working days after processing.
  • In certain locations, delivery may take longer depending on accessibility and courier partner operations.
  • Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are indicative and approximate. In rare cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes). Please note that refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be entertained for such delays.

Shipping & Packaging

  • Courier Partners: We use trusted logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and other reliable service providers.
  • Packaging: All products are securely packed in protective polythene and then placed in customized Neerus safe packaging before being handed over to the courier.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

GST, Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • For international shipments, GST, customs duties, and import taxes are levied as per the destination country’s policies and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • These charges are beyond the control of Neerus and may vary from country to country.
  • In some cases, the courier company may also apply additional service charges for customs handling, which will be borne by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, kindly reach out to our customer support team immediately for assistance.

Returns

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation request after order placement.
  • Neerus reserves the right to cancel COD (Cash on Delivery) orders in line with internal policies.
